The history of hachyko is amazing, this dog hoped to his owner. this dog always hoped him in the station of train, for go to home after work. His owner was proffesor. All the days did the similas things, but a day his owner didnt arrive of the job...and hachyko stays hoping to his owner for always....

I hadn't heard before so thank you for bringing here. I see there are books and a movie called Hachi: A Dog's Tale which is based on the true story from Japan

Love this story. Saw the movie Hachi with Richard Gere. Wow these dogs are something else.. "Akita Inu" are an amazing breed of dogs... was actually looking to get one. Good post... love this movie.
