Snakes in the Shopping Mall : An Exotic Animal Rescue
Not what you expect to see in your local shopping mall early on a Saturday morning. This was the Morley Exotic Animal Rescue. These people take in any exotic animal, care for them and get them treatment if any is needed and then try and re home them.
They are in the local mall a couple of times a year raising fund and showing some off the animals in their care.
This is a non profit organisation with lots of volunteers helping them and all their funding is from donations.
I've not seen a lizard like this before.. he was huge but seemed ok for adults and children to handle him.
They had lots of snakes there, spiders and a few small animals.
A pretty cool exhibition for young children to learn about and understand the needs of exotic animals as pets
If anyone wants to read up about the rescue you can find it here.

They'll gladly accept donations if you wish to support them.
