That doctor should be struck-off for such an evil act. How someone could be so mean is beyond me.
I was once told that the only thing wrong with dogs is that they don't live forever - and it is so true. I know many people who have profoundly grieved at the passing of their hound, and yet this "human" has tried to make that happen for one of his neighbours in such as cruel way.
Let's hope the dog makes a full recovery and the doctor pays for his crime.
Thats the prayer. Though It's doubtful if dog will receive justice and be protected under animal right. Animal right is mostly ridicluled and laughed at in Nigeria, theres no substantial enforcement. We pray animal right advocates will go far in this
