Fear your desires, for they come true ... A few days ago I said how I want it to snow at Christmas and New Year. Nature decided not to wait ... Waking up this morning, I saw that everything around was covered with a thick layer of snow ...

Of course, I immediately wondered how our birds feel. Everything was fine, but the feeders and bowls of water were lost under the snow. In addition, I had to take a shovel and clean the snow around the entrance to each enclosure. It could not be left as it is, because weather forecasters warned that there would be frost. If the snow near the door freezes, I will not be able to go to the enclosures to feed the birds and add fresh water to them.

In some aviaries the snow made a real snow roof. Of course, I will have to shake the snow off the grid so that it does not tear it.

Fortunately, planning our life in connection with the two-week departure of my husband, I purchased a sufficient amount of food for dogs, cats and birds. I really hope that this will be enough and I don’t have to go to the city to get the feeds. The roads are just awful now and there were a large number of traffic accidents.

But, if not to talk about the weather problems, which of course I decided, although I was tired, there is just a magical winter fairy tale around! Dogs play with pleasure in the snow, they come to the house tired and satisfied. I really hope that after such igors, they will sleep soundly all night and do not bark at the slightest rustle.
