Proper nutrition is very difficult for people. This is especially true when people decide to change their diet from something what they traditionally ate. For instance vitamin B12 is an issue with people following a vegan diet.

Vegans need to take supplements or they can encounter serious health issues.


Before converting to a vegan diet - make sure that you are educated in what good alternatives are. Being vegan or vegetarian is not a person who stops eating meat: it is a person who learns to eat properly from a select group of foods.

I hope one day people will stop doing these things. I do not eat meat!

I think it will be very difficult

People don't stop doing things because it is bad or bad for them. People will do things if there is a positive reward for a certain behaviour. While some day technology will make the entire food issue moot:

Improved health should be a reward

Humans are silly creatures ... they rarely do what is good for them.
