We have 2 adopted dogs, and we had 2 adopted cats and adopted one more cat, it's amazing to see their love for us humans and us for them, it's a sadness because one of the dogs was blinded by age. I do not know how humans still have the ability to abandon animals.
@anacristinasilva I totally hear ya on that. It saddens me to no end when I see people abandon their dogs, or hurt them in any way. We live in the country, inside city limits, but still out country way. Our local animal shelter is always getting puppies that were just dumped on someones land.We try to help with vet bills for them because the volunteer lady is always doing so much for these dogs and cats.
By myself, I would not have dogs and cats because they get sick and I suffer. But I see in the street abandoned and without thinking adoto, because it is a cruelty to leave them abandoned.
Congratulations on your attitude, few do this, this is called Love! I admire you. Continue like this, the good that is done here has a reward.
