In case anyone's curious, Animal Aid Unlimited is doing similar work in India. Here's a touching example:

That good work here in Venezuela have not seen such progress in cases of scabies I try them with injections of ivermectin without bathrooms, because I do not have a shelter and I love to have one like them, that is my dream, in the India they are very developed great work I want a web site like them! Thank you are my example to follow.
You can contact them for advice too I'm sure they'd be glad to help out a fellow animal lover with a limited budget with advice. :)
