What's Odd in the Picture?

I was doing something in the sink near the kitchen when I saw this little creature resting on a nail against the wall. I thought it was cute so I took few pics of it but others kinda blurry as my hands were little shaky, worried that I might scare it away.

I didn't try driving it away as I know this little friend is catching mosquitoes for food. Mosquitoes as we all know are nothing but dangers for our health and I really hate them.

It's a toad!
