Half moon island excursion
I rarely get to set foot on most of the landing sites that we go to, as my main duty is to drive zodiac cruises and ferry guests back and forth from the shore to the ship. However, I was lucky enough to explore the last landing we had for the season in Antarctica. It is a beautiful location in the South Shetland Islands known as Half Moon Island with a heap of wildlife on the shore to interact with. My favourite of course are the Chinstrap penguins - the mountaineers of the penguin world.

Wow that is amazing. I always wanted to travel to places like that. How did you get to do that? Upvoted and followed.
I am a guide for an expedition that goes down to Antarctica - I was lucky enough to work down there since November last year
Beautiful image, there is something about penguins that is so fascinating. Hard to explain! If you are ever in the North of Norway and would like to join our hostel on wheels for a bit, maybe we can collaborate, just let us know.
I have been looking over some of your posts. it looks amazing! If I get to Norway I will be letting you know for sure
Cool, did not see your reply. Just discovered busy.org and wow that interface is a lot better! Anyway, let me know for sure, it would be great to meet in person.
Penguins are my favourite! They're so adorable and clumsy, love the videos where they slip and fall because the ice (on which they literally live) is too slippery
Amazing as usual. I still would love to know how you upload the photos in such a wonderful quality.
