Understanding
Understanding the world around you isn't just for humans and how we interact but it exists in the animal kingdom as well. Octopus taste through the suckers on their tentacles. They will reach out and evaluate an object by touch.
Just imagine if we could do that.
This juvenile Giant Pacific Octopus just wanted to understand what I was and why I was hangout. It never came out of the crevasse it was in but it did extend an arm for a taste.
Thanks for reading.

Interesting and clever behavior. Not surprising that she didn't want to leave safe hideout - in worst case scenario the octopus would loose just one tentacle :-)

This is a kind of acquaintance. Initially visually, and then by touch, they better determine the vibration of the object. This happens if the animal does not feel threatened in an unknown object.
In the photo, his feeler looks very nice, he gently touches your hand. Of a fantastic films, we are afraid of octopuses. But in fact, he can attack a man?
your all photography is very nice
