Thank you, it's been a tough 4 months, still not quite fully back to myself but we are getting there :) Hopefully get out exploring within the next few months and I will be participating in a couple of charity hikes in the UK over the next year, starting in September with the Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge :) Coast to coast is planned for next year 268 miles west coast to east coast England on foot :)
