In December, we took a trip to Iceland where my girlfriend and I slept on top of our 4WD, in a tent. Needless to say, it was tough. During that time almost all the roads were closed towards the centre of the island, but the road leading to Askja was all right till around the middle. We decided to see where it leads - which was a good choice as a heard of deer (some 100 or more) came at us from the blinding whiteness. We took our Phantom out, to see what they're up to.
