Sperm Whales Stranded
A total of 10 sperm whales found stranded on Ujong Kareueng Beach, Durung Village, Mesjid Raya Sub-district, Aceh Besar, Indonesia, Monday (13/11/2017) morning.
The sperm whales that found stranded at 10 am is still alive, some of which are still flapping the tail to try to get out of the beach.
According to eyewitnesses, that morning saw two whales from the open seas drowning toward the beach with a wounded body condition. Moments later eight other whales also docked to shore to be stranded.
Until now not known the exact cause of the 10 giant fish washed in the waters of Aceh.
It is estimated that the whale was migrating from the Indian Ocean to the Pacific Ocean.
