Crocodile tears
We say about certain people that they cry with "crocodile tears".
These are people that have done evil or something terribly bad, and they pretend to be very sorry.
The origin of this idiom is in the crocodile itself: when it devours the victim he eats, people say that his eyes has big tears coming through.
We know that he is not really crying, that's a biological ability the nature gave him to protect his eyes.
I took this photo in a visit to the Safari.
