The spice bazaar in Istanbul is full with lovely dogs and cats, who are enjoying the company of people. What the dog has in his ear, is a number. The government identifies dogs with numbers after treating them and checking their health.
Wow beautiful pictures with some beautiful styles of dogs. The dog really looked very innocent. Is this compulsion from the government that every dog must have this number? Is the people of this area doesn't take care of the dogs?
It is something new I hear that dogs having a identity with a number. Pretty cool
Yes the most dogs in the city center have it, so they can always recognize them. I think the most people care for cats, but there are many people who care for dogs as well.
