Red squirrel at the cementary
As you might already know, I like to enjoy the wildlife in cemeteries here in Austria, because it is often a good place for taking pictures of birds and squirrels. Birds like Falcons and Owls often can be found there, and also mammals like foxes and squirrels often use these places as habitats, since most of the time they are unbothered by humans and there are a lot of trees and places to hide. At least at the central cemetery in Vienna and at the "Urnenhain" cementary in Linz. In early Spring when everything starts to bloom again, it is a good time to visit these places since there are also a lot of birds that can be found there.

One thing I always wonder about is, how do squirrels know that they have to collect nuts and other food for the winter in summer and autumn, to be prepared for the winter? Is there some deep intuition with them, or do the parents teach the children to do it?
