animalphotography at helgoland - Guillemots
At my trip to Helgoland this year in May, i took a lot of pictures from birds like the northern gannets, falcons, a yellow and a white wagtail. But also from some guillemots that live on the Hills there underneath the breeding places of the northern gannets. Because of their unlucky position they get all the garbage and shit from the northern gannets on their breeding places.
In comparison to the northern gannets, the guillemots are pretty small birds, but they live also from fish and other animals from the ocean. Because the breeding place in Helgoland is pretty short, the birds have to take what ever spot they get.
