Photo Snippet #5 - Crocodile....sssssssss

Hello Steemit Fretz!

Here's a bask of crocodiles that I took at the Palawan Wildlife Rescue and Conservation Center. They have a huge crocodile farm over there. I've been here twice but it still give me some goosies. When you're standing over them, it just feels like you have to be on your toes and they can attack you anytime. Boom! Seriously, they are quite scary.

Crocodile Quick Facts:

What's great about this place is that they have a tour guide with you to give you quick facts about these reptiles and the biggest and famous crocodiles that have been taken cared off in the facility.

Here's a few things that you might want to know about these reptiles:

Fast swimmers. Crocodiles are heavy but they can swim up to 20 miles/hour. If you see one, don't ever get your guard down. They'll be by your side before you know it. ^^

Light Sleepers. Crocodiles have the ability to sleep while their mouths are open and they can sleep with just one eye. The other eye is open so they can check out their surroundings.

Crocodile Skin. These reptiles have very in demand skin because they can be used to make exotic handbags and watch straps. They are also very expensive.
