I love chickens. We used to have a bunch, that I raised from little chicks, gave them names, got to know their personalities. I had a whistle and the whole flock would come when I whistled. They are very intelligent in their own chicken way. I could never be cruel to a chicken. Thanks for the post.
I remember how amazed I was when I first saw someone at an animal sanctuary who was friends with a chicken. :)
Yeah...I had to really immerse myself into their world to get a sense of their little spirit. Relationships with chickens are great.
