insect without wings

In this occation i will post a small animal photo **
** It's shape is almost like a bee but this insect is smaller body size **

I never heard of any insect without having wings. What is the name of the insect? Anyways, nicely captured the insect. Closer shots are pretty good
i also don't know the name of this one animal,i think it belongs the thype of insect,it just doesnt having wings,,thank you @knowkrish
