Beauty and Giraffe!!! Amazing facts...

Beauty is beauty, no strings attached. The fact remains that a beautiful one knows and acts it in all her moves.

As a human being, you can make yourself beautiful in character and attitude, if outward look seems difficult.

The Giraffe is one animal that signifies beauty. Woooowwwww, the way it stretches up her neck and moves its hips show a high self esteem.

Let me share some fascinating qualities of giraffes:

• Giraffes are the tallest mammals on earth, averaging a height of 16 to 18 feet. Very captivating!!!!

• Giraffes require only about 2 hours of sleep daily - the least of any mammal, and sometimes they sleep standing up. They are very conscious of themselves. Beauty!!!

• The spots on a giraffe are unique to each. Thus, no two giraffes have the same pattern of spots. The darker the spots, the older the giraffe.Wow. Specially made!!!

• Giraffes eat about 100 pounds of leaves and twigs everyday. Their extra long tongues (over 21 inches!) help them to strip leaves from tall trees. Interesting!!!

• Giraffes are most vulnerable when they have to bend down for a drink of water. Fortunately they need to drink water only every few days as they eat a lot of leaves. Delicate!!!

• Giraffes are essentially sociable and peaceable. Moving systematically as to impress!!!

• Giraffes can run 35 miles an hour for short periods and 10 miles per hour for long periods. Very strong!!!

• Female giraffes give birth standing up and drop their babies about 5 feet, but within 30 minutes after birth, the babies are standing and within 10 hours they are running beside their mothers. Fascinating!!!
