Sea turtle
Sumatra is the typical species and should be a national pride, because six of the seven species that exist in the world can be found in Aceh. Four of them even lay eggs on the beaches along the waters of Aceh, namely turtle Jalo / (Dermochelys coriacea), green turtle (Chelonia mydas), hawksbill (Eremochelys imbricate), and Olive Ridley turtles (Lepidochelys olivacea). While other species, loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta) there are also breed here. The sixth type, flat turtle (Natator epresus)
