Google Instant Apps – Try Android Games without Downloading

 Last year Google announced Android Instant apps, which allow users to use the app without downloading and any setup. Now they are expanding this functionality to games. Yes! Finally, now we can try games on Android without spending time and data in downloading. 

 As an example, a very popular game – Clash Royale, which I personally don’t like, is now compatible as an instant app. Now the app show TRY NOW button. Clicking on it opens the game in a web based platform. As intended the app opens instantly without any hurdles and I was able to play the one entry round also. I’ve heard that people are facing issues in some devices but on my OnePlus 3T, it is working perfectly fine. Maybe this issue would be resolved soon. 

 Currently, very few games are compatible as an instant app, but we can expect this list will expand soon.You can check or try this games yourself.

Here’s how to do it.

1. Click the above image or click here. This will open Play Store where you can see the list of supported games.
2. Now select any game of our choice.
3. Click the try button and this should open the game right away without downloading.
