Yalp Store - An open source lightweight Google play Store alternative
Google play services are a nighmare to a user's privacy. So, Being a privacy aware person, I avoided them long ago. Also you will get much better battery life without google play services.
I depend on fdroid which is similar to playstore but only hosts opensource apps. Sometimes, i need to access some apps which are only available on play store. In that case, Yalp store helps me a lot. It not only pulls apks from playstore but also notifies whenever when there is a new version available for particular app & notifies. Cool right?
Yalp store is lightweight app. Just 3 MB in size. Only available on fdroid.
