Yes , you can create markdown styling posts on your mobile or tablet on go using this amazing app- I introduce you MarkdownX.
Of course, there are other apps on Google playstore but this one seems to be less buggy and has a clean uncluttered interface. I tried it myself and quite happy what this pocket editor can do.

What I like about this app is its live preview and Dropbox support. You may not need it anyway as the app provide instant buttons in a row at top to make your text look bold, provide link format, attach links, header etc almost every markdown editing you need.
