I would recommend not only putting someone elses work and only drawing a red circle around it. This is meant to be original content or if existing content is used, some value added.

Just to be more specific, if you're only posting content from others (like scans, images, videos etc. under copyrights) you might get downvoted.
Especially as you can earn on Steem, using someone elses work to earn money is considered something we're trying to avoid.
Everything is not about money.
You can still earn money with this. If you do not want rewards, you can choose "Decline rewards" when creating the post. Then it doesn't appear as you would be trying to earn with the work of others.
