Does Authority & Law Exist? A logical look on consent.

in #anarchy8 years ago

How does one gain authority?
(Noun) the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience.

Even in it's definition, authority implies use of force - and we all know good ideas shouldn't need be enforced.

All Authority comes from force, conquering others and stealing their resources. Every point in history, a country comes from the mass murder of humans, and destruction of nature. To support the idea of authority directly supports the idea of murder = good.

All beings of this earth have the natural right to consent (permission for something to happen or agreement to do something ), and consent is a bodily function. It cannot be implied. Those who say 'You consent to the government because your on their land' fail to notice no one agrees to be born, or where they are born.

Saying consent can be implied is like saying rape can be implied when a female where's seductive clothing.
No one would agree with that would they? Or, 'She was in my room, so she implied consent', would that hold up in court?

Don't let others rape your freedoms.
Remember - consent is a bodily function, as in, freely verbal or written agreements.

Do you agree or disagree?
I would love to hear others thoughts on this logical perspective.
