Resist unjust laws, and illegal construction.
How can it be a crime to stand up to illegal construction?
When corporations violate the law in the name of profits, the police and judicial system join them in their violations of the good will of the citizenry, we entrust law enforcement and the judicial system to protect the rule of law and enforce equally against those who violate the will of the people, but that trust is betrayed in today's society.
We have an obligation to future generations to protect what will be necessary for their survival, it's our right, and duty, to leave behind a planet which is not only suitable for life, but on which life can thrive, a planet which is habitable and which can be enjoyed.
Our consumer culture by and large has become self indulgent to the point at which our air, soil, and water are being contaminated in a huge way, our choices as consumers reflect the environmental holocaust which has been the legacy of the industrial age, a reality which is largely hidden from consumers by the media who's job it is to further sell us consumer items.
So the next time someone offers you an opportunity to consume a single use item, the next time you think of driving, the next time you want to purchase for vanity or selfishness, consider the impact of your choices.
Also consider this, we are facing geocide carried out by corporations, we are facing illegal behaviors which are by and large sanctioned by governing bodies, the very governing bodies which are allegedly put in place for our protection are responsible for allowing the polluters to continue their policies of geocied, under the guise of self reporting, the fox is physically in charge of guarding the hen house where our clean water, air and soil are concerned.
Our government is largely made up of revolving doors between corporations and the regulatory bodies they are allegedly regulating.
The people who are supposedly protecting us from toxic exposure to deadly chemicals are the very people who profit from allowing those chemicals to be dumped, unregulated into the water, air and soil.
So don't be too hard on yourself, be an activist, be an informed consumer, be a voter, and by all means, resist illegal, immoral and unconstitutional laws.
