The thought that people would just go on killing sprees because you think there would be no security is a little out there. There could still be a police force if there was no government. They would just be paid for by each community if that community felt they needed it. Businesses would pay private security to protect their property as well.

Murder is murder and the government doesn't do anything to prevent that. They only show up after the fact with their guns to either commit murder again or make money off the imprisonment.

Anarchy doesn't mean there are no rules. Killing, stealing, and fraud would not be tolerated​. Anarchy simply means without rulers. But if you like being enslaved by an authoritarian government, that is your opinion and your allowed to have it.
