Pursuing Vonu: Handling Objections from the Servile Society/First Realm
One reason why #vonu is such a radical freedom strategy is that it requires individuals to drastically alter the lifestyle they have been living. Most folks are NOT willing to do that, and therefore, the instinct (it seems) is to try to tear down and convince the self-liberator otherwise: that they should be "thankful" for being born here in "America" and that they are blessed to be able to pursue "The American Dream." Of course, I believe jealousy is a major part of that -- "If I can't be free, HE/SHE can't either." Just more examples of the horizontal social control, or, in other words, slave on slave violence reinforcing the State and the statist-servile society.

What advice would I posit for dealing with this?
First off, don't let the criticisms or expectations from those in the #FirstRealm affect the plan you have for your pursuit of #vonu. In other words, don't feel "guilt," "shame," or whatever for living a lifestyle not approved by those in the servile society.
If you're a van nomad working a few half days a week, making little enough to not be liable for income theft, an individual may try to guilt you by accusing you off "freeloading" off the system. You know what I say to that person? Pardon my french, but fuck you. I didn't choose to be born here, I didn't setup this system, and I sure as hell don't consent to it. And I thought this was the "Land of the Free" anyways? Ha. Right.
My first piece of advice above may appear to go without saying, but it's critically important if one is going to be successful; consider it a milestone in exorcising those collectivist spooks. Similarly, recall Second Realm: Book on Strategy, namely number 8 of "Next Steps":
Give up collectivist thought, especially asking for permission and requiring others to support you before you do anything.
Recognizing and managing your controlled schizophrenia is the crucial first step in pursuing vonu. Without it, vonu will likely NOT be a lifestyle change, but rather a foray with a return to a conventional lifestyle.
In summation, as Rayo said,
"Whether one will be happier as a freeman or as a slave partly depends on the individual. But this choice is not open to most libertarians. Relative contentment in servitude is possible only for those who believe in it; most libertarians are too independent and well-informed. For libertarians the choice is between freedom and neurosis." [Emphasis added]
So, what's it going to be? Freedom? Or neurosis?

Man....I've been thinking about the future and a solution for individual freedom from the state for a long time. I resonate with Vonu because I do think it is the best option. If we want to show a new way, we must withdraw from the current system and become as resilient as possible. Energy, food, water, shelter, tool production. It's become the focus of my work. I'm building a kit where it will be possible to rapidly deploy and pioneer any new place on the planet. Relocating to areas with less onerous rules or just becoming nomadic. Spreading pockets of resiliency everywhere you may roam.
Hey man. Great to hear from you.
I'm glad vonu is resonating with you; as soon as I read "Vonu: The Search for Personal Freedom," I was sold.
I agree completely, though. While educational efforts are very occasionally effective, SHOWING people seems to be more beneficial. You're exactly right. We must withdraw and we must build this Second Realm infrastructure. There has to be an alternative for those looking to exit the system, because, unfortunately, most folks don't see ANY options outside of political crusading. What a travesty.
I'm glad the focuses of our work overlap! I'd be curious to hear more about what you're working on; it sounds similar to what was proposed in this article on the Anarplex.net website -- I'd share the link with you, but their website appears to be down. Anyways, the idea is that for real growth to be seen in the Second Realm(s), freedom pioneers need to develop a product/service set enabling individuals to opt-out for the "low price of $29.99/month!"
I'll check the Anarplex site a couple times today to see if I can get you that article; it's well-worth reading.
Thanks for reaching out, man! It's great to have you on board.

Yep added it to my book list! I'd love to check out the anarplex article.
