It makes sense. We need politics to become less black and white, less one or the other. A major issue with the current system is the appearance of "professional" politicians. Politicians are supposed to be public servants. Their only motivation should be to serve the people by doing their best to push the agenda that they have been voted in for. The reason that politicians listen less and less to the people is because they are striving for self gain. Libertarian citizens get in the way of that, which is why politicians continually try to make the voters irrelevant. Good post, interesting thinking...
