Brainwashed Part 5?! Driving.

in #anarchy8 years ago

Welcome to part 5 of "Brainwashed" This blog is going to be looking at driving! Have you been brainwashed into believing that you drive?

– i’m pretty sure this is the blog that most of you will have been waiting for. It is the culmination of what we have learned so far and an example of how your brainwashing affects your everyday life. It is also a good example of how the language has been twisted to manipulate your beliefs for financial gain by the state. As i'm sure you or someone you know has had a fine for "driving too fast".

If you read this post through to its conclusion, you must be fully aware that you are responsible for your actions and you must take full responsibility for knowing who and what you are. Also be aware that a police officer will have no clue as to what you are talking about, and if you try and repeat any of this, the police officer will automatically default to the use of force and violence against you – you have been warned.

So what is driving, are you a driver and do you drive? These are not as easy to answer as there are some twists and turns in the definitions.
What is DRIVER?
One employed in conducting a coach, carriage, wagon, or other vehicle, with horses, mules, or other animals, or a bicycle, tricycle, or motor car, though not a street railroad car. See Davis v. Petrinovich, 112 Ala. 654, 21 South. 344, 36 L. R. A.615; Gen. St. Conn. 1902,
Law Dictionary: What is DRIVER? Definition of DRIVER (Black's Law Dictionary)

Straight away we can see that a driver is someone who is participating in a commercial activity. To confirm this, we need to look at what the definition of “employed” means.

What is EMPLOYED?
This signifies both the act of doing a thing and the being under contractor orders to do it. U. S. v. Morris, 14 Pet. 475, 10 L. Ed. 543; U. S. v. The Catharine, 2Paine, 721, Fed. Cas. No. 14.755.
Law Dictionary: What is EMPLOYED? definition of EMPLOYED (Black's Law Dictionary)

Wonderful, this confirms that a driver is one that acts under the orders of a contractor ie an (employer), so that would cover bus driver, taxi driver, delivery driver etc.

No need to proceed further but – the state may trip you up with the word “vehicle” so I think we need to eliminate “vehicle” out of the equation to close this out 100% - as i’m sure that you have been brainwashed to believe your little box on 4 wheels is a vehicle:-

What is VEHICLE?
The word “vehicle” includes every description of carriage or other artificial contrivance used, or capable of being used, as a means of transportation on land. Rev. St. U. S. 5 4 (U. S. Comp. St 1901, P. 4).
Law Dictionary: What is VEHICLE? Definition of VEHICLE (Black's Law Dictionary)

On first glance, this seems quite conclusive, that your “box on four wheels” etc is a vehicle and links in with the conveyance descriptions under the driver definition. But we need to break this down further and understand what transportation is:-

What is TRANSPORTATION?
The removal of goods or persons from one place to another, by a carrier. See Railroad Co. v. Pratt, 22 Wall. 133, 22 L. Ed. 827; Interstate Commerce Coin’n v. Brimson, 154 U. S. 4 17. 14 Sup. Ct. 1125, 38 L. Ed. .1047; Gloucester Ferry Co. v. Pennsylvania, 114 U. S. 100, 5 Sup. Ct. S26, 29 L. Ed. 158. In criminal law. A species of punishment consisting in removing the criminal from his own country to another, (usually a penal colony.) there to remain in exile for a prescribed period. Fong Yue Ting v. U. S., 149 U. S. 698, 13 Sup. Ct. 1016, 37 L. Ed. 005
Law Dictionary: What is TRANSPORTATION? definition of TRANSPORTATION (Black's Law Dictionary)

Ok so transportation gives rise to three more questions - what is a carrier, what is a person and what is goods? We have already covered “person” in a previous blog so only two questions to answer:-

What is CARRIER?
One who undertakes to transport persons or property from place to place, by any means of conveyance, and with or without compensation.
Law Dictionary: What is CARRIER? definition of CARRIER (Black's Law Dictionary)

Again, carrier links back to transportation, this may seem like a a loop and a dead end… [Note:- a Carrier is a person], and we know that we are not a person and chances are that unless you drive a “taxi” or a “bus” etc as previously stated then there are no persons in your “box on four wheels”.

It is important to understand the meaning of the definitions for the final remaining question. To know if you are engaged in transportation hangs on the definition of goods. If goods are not present, then you cannot be a carrier or be engaged in transportation”. If there is no transportation, then there is no vehicle unless you believe that it is one - Just like believing that you are a hu.man. And therefore if there is no vehicle, you cannot be a “driver”.

GOODS
In contracts. The term “goods” is not so wide as “chattels,” for it applies to inanimate objects, and does not include animals or chattels real, as a lease for years of house or land, which “chattels” does include. Co. Litt. 118; St. Joseph Hydraulic Co. v.Wilson, 133 Ind. 405, 33 N. E. 113;Van Patten v. Leonard, 55 Iowa, 520, S N. W. 334; Putnam v. Westcott, 19 Johns. (N.Y.) 7G.In wills. In wills “goods” is nomen generalissimo, and, if there is nothing to limit it, will comprehend all the personal estate of the testator, as stocks, bonds, notes, money, plate, furniture, etc. Kendall v. Kendall, 4 Russ. 370; Chamberlain v. Western Transp. Co., 44 N. Y. 310, 4 Am. Rep. 081 ; Foxall v. McKenney, 9 Fed. Cas. 045; Raileyv. Duncan, 2 T. I!. Mon. (Ky.) 22; Keyser v. School Dist., 35 N. II. 483.(Black's Law Dictionary)

GOODS AND CHATTELS
This term is applied to all personal property that is not real estate.(Black's Law Dictionary)

As you can see, this definition exists in contracts, so a dead end – and it doesn’t say goods and chattels, only goods - what does Webster’s have to say?
Goods:
Webster’s
1) Merchandise:
2) Property,esp personal property:
3) Fabric: linen goods:
4) Freight:

Mer.chan.dise:
Webster’s
Anything bought and sold for profit:

Finally, we have success again - goods are those things that are transported by a carrier that can be sold for profit – so unless you have items in your “box on four wheels” that you intend to sell for profit, you are not transporting goods.

Without goods or persons, there is no transportation. Without transportation there is no vehicle.
Thank you for reading and please don’t take my word for it, feel free to do your own research and i look forward to your comments. The end 

Nice article, I really enjoyed reading looking forward to more of your posts, thanks for sharing keep up the good work.

Great piece, fellow traveler :)

Thank you Matt :) What most people don't know is that we have the common law right to travel the kings highways and bye-ways without let nor hindrance. That right is recognised as pre-existing in common law.

I'm a traveller too, I don't think I should need a license as I'm not driving just going along my way.

Welcome back @shroedingerscat - You do not have a license, your person does :) So the question is - are you a person?

Births deaths and marriages owns the person (legal fiction) on the license they hoodwinked me into accepting.

So no, I am not a person, I'm a man.

Well laid out. You broke down a very complex deconstruction! Keep up the great work!

I MUST wrap my head around this stuff...

It will take years of of "going down the rabbit hole"...Most don't want to believe that it is true. For a good basic intro into knowing some of these truths - Try " john harris it's an illusion" on you tube. It's simple to follow - Lots of false information out there, so everything has to be taken at face value and researched to draw your own conclusions. Do you want to take the RED pill? Our mentor Rob took the RED pill years before me - he's like Morpheus, most wise :)

John Harris was the first I ever watched. Turned my life around lol

Actually it is the red pill that takes you down the rabbit hole. :) the blue pill allows you to stay in the matrix. Morpheus? you honour me. Thank you.

Sorry, Red pill - See most wise :)

lol. When you are ready, you won't need to dodge bullets!

Well I've already spent awhile down here, may as well keep going haha. I've seen numerous posts on this topic over the years from my anarchist friends on FB, just haven't taken the time to go into it further since I didn't decide to start driving til recently. Thanks for the video suggestion, have put it in my que! I concur, I've been interested in this area of slavespeak and whatnot ever since watching Ungrip 6 yrs ago.

I don't 'drive'. I've not driven in years. Did you know that the first drivers license was issued long before there were vehicles? hehehe

It was issued to cowboys who 'drive' cattle and it was a commercial license to protect land owners should the cattle cause damage along the trip. When the cowboys were done 'driving' they would then 'ride' home.

I travel where ever I do. I'm not engaged in commercial activity and refuse to participating in their commercial system. Commerce is a very ugly arena to be in and it is theirs, not ours.

So I choose to not play their game.

Nice piece! Im also into Common law and love confusing police in the correct countries.. ill be following you to see your next posts! thanks

Thank you @movingman, and welcome to steemit :) it looks like common law is being phased out. Unfortunately the police here don't know the difference between legal and lawful and the whole fraudulent system is supported by the courts...illegal and unlawful courts. Even the office of public integrity is a sham. i can easily prove fraud, corruption and treason - and show that the crown solicitor committed perjury...but who do you inform?

Are you in the states?

South Australia - Moved here from England 10 years ago - Removal of private rights is far more advanced here than most so called common law countries.

oooolala.. im finding that the future for freedom is to have a boat! we can make islands from the plastic waste in the oceans, theres an english guy who mas done it in mexico.. legendry inspiration. I plan to buy a 80 ft ferry here in Norway and create some kind of floating earthship in the comming years.

Living on boats - are a good way to avoid paying any TAX - But you have no land to grow food or keep animals...

Imagine you have an 85ft ferry, with 125m2 space inside 😀 that's enough room for something lol. I saw a boat like this recently for sale for 20,000 euro. I imagine to build a garden on a floating pontoon
