I consider myself as a techno-libertarian or techno-anarchist, because I believe technology will liberate humanity eventually. Everything positive in society was achieved by technology and science. You know I view money and the economy as the engine of human progress, but it's the technology and research that breaks the status quo and brings us to the next level.

You could do agriculture and manufacturing forever in a libertarian society, and nothing would change in the human way of life. But once you combine capitalism with science and research, then humanity goes to the next level, because you have agricultural machines, manufacturing robots, and other technology that makes the human life better.

Humanity was always enslaved, and it still is. The amount of work it requires to sustain a society and for humanity to survive is huge. It's not just the Government that keeps us down, but nature itself. Resources are limited, most humans are not that smart and it's very hard to use the limited resources we have if the majority of humans do not understanding how to do it.

But with the technological advancements of the last century we are now slowly beginning to be liberated from poverty and the hardships of life. The medical technology has improved. Physical security has improved. Now it's time to improve the economy and the life standards.

Slaves will always exist, there will always have to be something to manufacture the goods that we consume. The only question is, will the slaves be humans or will they be machines? I'd rather want the machines to work for us, this will end human slavery, for real now.

Now once the robots take over the manufacturing jobs, there will be a big problem. Millions of people will become jobless, since the future economy will be so complex, that unqualified workers will have no way to finding a job. Basically every job that is simple and repetitive will be replaced by a robot.

So a >90% unemployment rate will be unavoidable, and what will happen then? Well if we let the Government figure this out, then we will probably have >90% tax rates, and 10% of the population will have to sustain the other 90%. This is very very bad, because this system will be forced on us, and there will be no way of escaping it once it's implemented since it will have 90% democratic support. It would be essentially forced global communism. So what can we do?

Decentralized Voluntary Welfare System

If we want to keep our freedoms, we have to out-compete the Government. Today the Government has 2 main roles: providing security & providing welfare. Now there are voluntary solutions to security, but here we will focus on the welfare.

We have to find a way to build a sustainable welfare system, that is voluntary, but also built in such way to discourage parasitism. There are people who legitimately need financial help, and there are just lazy people that are lazy to work. We have to find a way to separate them. Here are our challenges:

• Decentralized = In order to decrease the risk of single point failure
• Unique = 1 Person should only get his welfare share once / month
• Anonymous = If possible, people should be able to receive their welfare anonymously (their privacy should be protected)
• Verifiable = Eliminate the risk of fraud, double-take, and know for sure that the recipient is legitimately in need
• Discourage Parasitism = Find a way to differentiate between people who are really in need, and people who are just lazy
• Trustless = The setup of the system and the platform should be setup in such way that no central authority needs to be trusted in order to work
• Online/Secure = The system should be online accessible and secure against all forms of cyber threats
• Scaleable & Sustainable = The system should be setup in such way that it's sustainable, scaleable, it's not a ponzi scheme, and it doesn't end up in hyperinflation. It should have a real revenue from multiple sources that is distributed between the recipients

So it would technically be:

A Blockchain Based / Smart Contract based / Online & Decentralized / Welfare Platform

All issues are easy to solve with the Blockchain technology, now the revenue part is the tricky one, it would have to have multiple revenues in order to be stable and sustainable:

• DONATION STREAM: Multiple crypto charities could be setup and each one could voluntarily contribute a % of their income to this project, and also private people could donate into this stream. It could either advertise itself on social media and beg people to donate into it or beg for donations on other platforms. It would all be automatic, managed by smart contracts.
• AD STREAM: If this becomes popular and millions of people start using it, it would be trivial to setup an ad system where companies can advertise in this system, via pay-per-view or traffic exchange techniques. All ad revenues would pour into the budget. It would all be managed automatically, by smart contracts.
• INVESTMENT STREAM: Some of the budget could be automatically invest in low risk investments that hopefully in the future would emerge (after we get over the crypto-scammer period), who knows what kind of crypto-bonds or other low risk financial tools would emerge in the future. All created automatically, and managed automatically. There is absolutely no need for a central authority to manage things, an AI would easily be able to do it.
• ONLINE SALES STREAM: An AI system with this welfare brand, could start selling things online, and the profit made on these sales would be poured into the budget. Again all automatic, no human intervention needed.
• OTHER STREAMS: Other revenue streams could be attached to it, via alt-chains, it could be a welfare system that could evolve and increase like a spider's nest, and everyone could add revenue streams to it to increase it's budget. It has to be unmanned and decentralized so that the Government could not shut it down, and also resistant against hackers.

So basically we could replace the Government with a Decentralized AI Government, that would be non-coercive. All taxes could simply end, and we would still have the social safety net that would be expected by a part of the population.

I am talking about an AI, or an advanced smart contract system that could take over an inefficient forced welfare system, and turn it into a voluntary sustainable efficient welfare system.

The Government is inefficient it's time to replace it with the Efficient Voluntary Free Market. So if somebody with entrepreneurial and programming enthusiasm can create this platform, you can save humanity from 90% taxes, because otherwise that is what awaits us!
