This clown epidemic is getting out of hand.

There are thousands of individuals dressing up in stupid costumes and terrorising men, women and little children all over the country.

They congregate in small groups, lurk on dark streets and wait to pounce on an unsuspecting passerby.

If they were just terrifying people, it wouldn't be so bad, but there are many recorded cases of children being kidnapped, and people being murdered by these reckless clowns.
Sometimes in cold blood, other times while trying to defend themselves from an unprovoked attack by an armed, costumed thug.

We didn't invite them, we want nothing to do with them, but they don't care, they invite themselves.
Nowhere is safe; not even inside our homes
They just smash down our doors, and get angry at us for making them go to the trouble.

These men and women seem to share some sort of morbid common purpose, so take great pride in their dangerous, childish behaviour.
They feel a camaraderie with others similarly costumed, in this country and around the world, while revelling in the anonymity their outfit provides.
They believe it gives them free reign; a sort of licence to dispense with common decency and treat others with contempt.

Its not really me doing these horrible things to people, its the costume. I'm really a nice person, but when I put on my special outfit I have to menace the public, because that's the role I'm playing.

These idiots need to remember that some of us aren't scared of them.
Some of us know that underneath that coloured cotton there's a human being. Somebody who is personally responsible for every single thing they do; in and out of costume. Not some sick joke, but a real person, who can bleed.
So when they pick the wrong fight, attack the wrong guy and get themselves dead, I very much hope they're not expecting any sympathy or outrage from the rest of us.
