Professional Excuse-Makers

in #anarchy6 years ago (edited)

The primary job of federal “judges” is to fabricate excuses, after the fact, in order to justify whatever arbitrary, stupid and/or oppressive crap the politicians want to call “law,” no matter how twisted or idiotic their logic needs to be in order to do so. It is absurd to use the word “honorable” to describe the god-complex jackasses who wear black dresses and wield wooden hammers. They are professional bullshitters, and not much else.

If you think that is too harsh, consider this:

In 1939, the U.S. Supreme Court, in the case of United States v. Miller (307 U.S. 174), ruled that a sawed-off shotgun could be federally outlawed because it is not a military-style weapon, and therefore not covered by the Second Amendment. (That is a bogus argument for several reasons, but I don’t need to get into that here.)

Well, a couple days ago it was reported that a federal judge upheld the Massachusetts ban on “assault weapons” (as they misuse that term) because such weapons are military-style weapons, and therefore the Second Amendment doesn't apply to them. (An even more asinine argument, which again I don't need to address here.)

If any of you still had any respect for the god-complex assholes who pretend to be “judges,” think long and hard about that. In case anyone missed it, let me sum this up:

Federal case law, right now, says that the Second Amendment does not protect any right to own any weapon which:

1 - is not a military-style weapon, or;
2 - is a military-style weapon.

In other words, the federal courts have ruled that the Second Amendment does not protect any right to own any weapon. The two cases mention above, when taken together, mean that the “right to keep and bear arms,” as described in the Second Amendment, applies to exactly zero weapons of any kind.

Yes, the federal judiciary really is that full of shit.

Sort:

You ain't just whistling dixie. I remember awhile back watching a video about why traffic courts are bullshit and the last point was ask these 3 questions.

Am I entitled to a fair trial? They have to say yes.

Can I get a fair trial if there's a conflict of interest. They have to say no.

Who do you (the judge) represent here? Which they wont/cant answer because they the represent the state or the party who is attacking you in a traffic court.

Of course it isnt just traffic court, they are wards of the state and while they can try to be fair and impartial, they cant be. It would help if they actually interpreted the constitution the way anyone with reading comprehension skills can understand it but you get cases on gun rights where its clear that the 2nd amendment is an individual right to be granted without infringement and then they rule it can be infringed and somehow half the population is fine with that bastardization of the 2nd amendment. Also there are 4 (at least) supreme court justices who ruled the 2nd amendment IS NOT an individual right. I dont see how anybody can hold any respect for the judicial system when they seem hellbent on violating the document theyve sworn to uphold.

None of this matters if you've got a ghost gun.
It's not in commerce, and cannot be regulated.

Do you mean it can't "legally" be regulated or outlawed? As shown above, the political parasites can hallucinate any legal powers they want, out of thin air. If you mean that it would be really dang difficult for them to control "ghost guns," regardless of what BS "laws" they pass, then I agree.

As far as I know it cannot be. Their end run around the constitution to outlaw arms, was their ability to regulate commerce itself.

By milling your own 80% lower, you are making the gun for yourself. If you do not sell it, it is not involved in commerce. There is one caveat as the guy in the video mentions, he says if you are legally prohibited from owning a firearm, then you cannot do this.

That statement may or may not be propaganda, I am not certain, because as you said they seem to be able to do whatever they want with their laws. Most of it involves their ability to regulate commerce.

That link should be good for 24 hours. All the best, it's definitely worth researching!

P.S. None of this should be construed as legal advice, I am not a lawyer.

They are already called "illegal firearms" even in this video clip and even parts that were raided and confiscated were referred to as illegal. So there is that. As to these firearms being more accessible, untraceable, and on the lose is quite an accomplishment indeed. Even though once it is illegal to possess firearm - what does it matter whether you put it together from parts or purchased it around the corner. In both cases it makes you a criminal according to the law.

ABC's title: "Homemade Guns: Legal, Unregistered and Can Kill"

1 - is not a military-style weapon, or;
2 - is a military-style weapon.

Lol. Literally no XOR option here. That boolean variable has been hard coded to false regardless.
