I usually upvote every comment on my posts. But I feel much less inclined to do so when someone is begging for it. Still, I'll throw you a bone.
We just ignore anybody who asks so bluntly. They don't care about content or conversation. It amounts to begging. In the real world, we help the homeless. Online we ignore the ignorant.
