Agree with your idea of frew speech. All speech needs to be treated with equality and should be allowed for principle of free speech to truly exist. However, there is also an element of responsibility with free speech. While anyone can get offended with any kind of words, sometimes it become important to assess the impact of what is being said and what it ultimatelty leads to. There should be some form of control or if not control then repercussions for such things. Grooming kids or starting terrorist outfits could come under such activities.
