Good point. Albania and Georgia are a bit different. Not all European countries are total pushovers. Gun ownership in places like Switzerland, the Czech Republic, and even Estonia are half-way decent. Europe isn't entirely monolithic.

If a government is afraid of it's citizens owning guns there is a reason. I don't want to go to those places.

You're right, but aren't all governments concerned about private gun-ownership?
