The Death of The StatesteemCreated with Sketch.

Ultimately it's the market that will choose the timing of the death of the State. Currently there's a thriving market demand for the State. Most people don't understand the alternatives, nor can they imagine a world without monopolized aggression. Also people tend to be loyal to brand-specific products, and the State is the brand Mother trusted, the brand Gramps fought for during the war, and it's the only brand they ever hear about on their television. Most people have very little exposure to the violent, bloody, monster that is hidden under the surface of every encounter with government agents.

RE: Your Post

Governments fool their citizens into believing they are "giving" them rights. The truth is that they merely state the rights already inherent to all human beings and professionally package it as honorable, paternal benevolence.

Upvoted and following you now.

Namaste (I recognize the divine in you),

By the Death of the State, do you mean the lost Sovereignty of the State...???
@pocketechange

The State does not exist. It is a false god. The people who call themselves "government" have no legitimate claim to sovereignty. Government consists of men and women who have usurped authority over the rights of all individuals in the geographic region they claim. Their sovereignty is counterfeit. They are merely the priesthood of a false faith. There is no way to redeem this corrupt system.

Yo I totally agree

The government is just an organized crime syndicate.
It's really just a very sophisticated form of mafia that has extended it's ideology globally and perpetuated the myth that its racketeering masquerading as 'protection services' are necessary for the functioning of business...

Like any mobsters, government and military officials serve only their own entrenched monopolistic interests, or rather, those of the highest bidder... In this case, banks, megacorps, and other criminal syndicates that operate outside the framework of the law...

I hope people will wake up to the insanity that is 'government legitimacy' as essentially it is no different than 'mafia legitimacy'...

Organized crime syndicates are really the competitors of the government for power in the State as they often directly question the presumptive monopoly of power the government holds, by going around and indiscriminately killing people who oppose them...

The Taliban, the Medellin Cartel, Daesh, etc...

All display quasi-state like attributes and yet are in competition with the states' ''legitimate'' governments in the geographical regions they co-occupy

Daesh for example has for a long time been active in two state's jurisdictions (Iraq and Syria) as well as having operations internationally...

All very fascinating stuff really

You have an interesting way of stating it... Very interesting indeed...
