Abolitionist Abstractions Vlog 19: Getting off the Island for a few days

Here is today's vlog! Posting a little late, but it was recorded before midnight. It's been a busy day for us. We picked up some extra supplies last night, took care of our bit of work we had this morning, prepped the vehicle, and headed out on our 4 hour drive upstate. Now we'll likely spend the next few days up here waiting for the wife and kids to return.

It was great to catch up with my buddy Craig. We had a few beers, got into some interesting discussions, and his wife and I went round in round in a debate (ok, more like a borderline screaming match) about the possibility of an anarchist society. All ended well, though, as both of us love to argue and don't take much personally. We ended up the night with a late dinner of some yummy ribs (burnt or not, they were delicious), which was especially statisfying since I haven't had anything other than some processed meat since we closed on the house a week and a half ago. It's the little things, folks.
