How being recruited to work for the NSA led to me becoming an Anarchist & former American

in #anarchist8 years ago (edited)

It's a long journey for a small farm town boy who went to the first two grades in a one room country  schoolhouse with a wood burning stove to being involved in gathering secret intelligence for the most powerful country in the world.

It's an even longer journey from being an all American boy, you know the type, "As American as baseball, hot-dogs, motherhood and apple pie" kind of patriot who believes with all his heart that America can do no wrong.  I was such a patriot that I was willing to risk life and limb for America,  I actually volunteered to go to war and spend a year in combat to defend the principles I held dear.

Americans believe that being an American is a right,  free of charge with little obligation on the part of the citizen but as an American the doors of heaven are open to pour out free stuff upon them.

I believed America was great but that being a citizen was not a free gift,  that any able,  intelligent person had an obligation to serve to better the entire enterprise that was America.

I also have a curious mind,  I'm an explorer by nature and truth seeker.   I hate conflicting notions held up to be absolute truths,  this applies to every area of my life.  Further,  I have always reserved the right to modify my views and beliefs based on better evidence that I have reviewed and accepted.  My father always told me that to be a sheep only leads to a life of viewing the ass end of the sheep in front of you.   He always quickly and solidly put down any argument I put up as a child or teenager that, "Everyone else is doing such and such."  He would frequently retort with something like, "Whatever the majority is believing or doing at any moment is usually wrong."  I learned from him and in life that most people never examine their views, beliefs and opinions.  The vast majority of you out there get your beliefs and opinions from sound bytes regurgitated by friends,  TV, or idiot politicians.  You never question beyond the first talking point they throw back at you.  You accept the first or second answer thrown up as the absolute truth.  In so doing, you become the tool of the elite.   In a lifetime of experience I have found that people such as these  are and become the sames as those in Soviet Russia's history who blindly supported the likes of Lenin and Stalin while they committed atrocity after atrocity.

We have witnessed this process of breakdown in the United States and western civilization accelerating at warp speed over the last few decades.  The moral basis of Europe and America was previously Christian which finds it's roots in the Jewish bible.   The United States now follows Europe into a post Christian era.   Once these societies were wholly guided by Christian notions and morals,  and now the majority of it's citizens are only somewhat Christian by accident of birth into a society that once held to those beliefs.   To clarify a bit,  I am not a Christian. However, a society must have a binding set of moral concepts that are mutually agreed upon to function.   Western society has not replaced Christianity with any belief system capable of binding it together.  This is why "radical Islam" has risen to attack what it's followers view  as weakness and corruption.   Religion is not the only way a society can be bound together, in the past various types of dictatorship have also served this purpose.   However a society based around a common religious framework is the best balance of stability, peace, and prosperity.

The "tree" of western civilization has been cut from it's roots which was the basis of law and morality.   The tree has not been given an adequate new source of nurture to replace it's roots,  instead it's fed a steady stream of corruption in form of laws, presidential orders, and corrupt morality based on the likes of Hillary Clinton.  Power, lust, and control of the masses is the new fuel running the western world,  and this fuel is corrupt, lacking in vitality, and feeding poison into the system.

The readers in this forum are not strangers to many of these ideas, but what may be new to all of you is how someone who got into the middle of it all and got their hands dirty experienced the truths that set him free of these concepts.   This is how my life changed  to the point that I became an Anarchist, and relinquished my US citizenship. I'm now an investor in precious metals, cryptocurrencies, and truth.

I intend to continue with a short series of posts to reveal my story with enough of the details to help anyone see the process and how once held truisms can be deconstructed and replaced with a more accurate version of the truth in anyone's life.  It's your life and you are supposed to be in the drivers seat,  are you?
