Beautiful shirts and nice job with the dying! I love how you share the whole process for everyone to learn. I had no idea hemp could be a natural dye!
Oh yes, the cannabis plant is the ONLY plant we have found that can create green pigments naturally. We are happy to share the details if it inspires people to dye naturally in the correct manor. This will only create a more sustainable, healthy, and beautiful world. Bless up.
Very cool! I know there are other natural green dyes, but maybe you are considering which mordant you use as what classifies it as natural?
Yes and no, there are other ways to get greens from herbal dying but usually requires the harshest mordants. We do our best to stick to natural Tannin from Gal nuts and Alum when necessary.
Hey that's pretty cool bro nice idea... be well

I am definitely enjoying creating these for sure. More updates to come very soon.
Sweet! You be making Dtube videos with ease. What camera do you use and what software for editing and converting?
Actually this one was unedited and recorded on my phone (finally got an SD card so I can use the video function again), but usually I record with my GoPro Hero 3+ and edit with Window's Movie Maker. Simple stuff but very efficient/user friendly. I was not able to post on Dtube for months until I figured out that I had to log out and log back into my Dtube account with SteemConnect. Now I do not get the "unknown error" message any longer. Loving that I can Dtube again. Bless up bro.
so dope!
Thrilled you like it, wait till you see the completed project with the #anarchapulco designs on them (including the @stateofanarchy one on the back).
thank you for sharing all your wonderful knowledge with us my friend , I am having problems watching the video so will try again later, but I love the shade of green that you have got from the cannabis. Really great indepth post xxx resteemed xx
I think we are going to create a brochure outlining our herbal dying secrets in hopes others will adopt our methods... we are not going to get where we need to be by withholding Earth conscious wisdom for profits. We are here to share our wealth of wisdom. I am glad you like it.
that is a great idea I look forward to the brochure and I completely agree with you about sharing our earth wisdom, maybe consider a donation though, just to help you continue with what you are both doing and that way those that can't afford can still access it xxx
I will be accepting donations for the brochure and #Anarchapulco stickers at our vending stand. So yes, there will be a donation bucket, with no expectations. There are some good people that go to the conference so I am sure I will get some. Great idea.
Ah man, those turned out great - nice uniform color. Of course even more awesome that it was done with hemp. The plant that keeps giving.
We just hope the color will stay as it is after the printing process. Time will tell. The plant that keeps giving indeed.
Very cool! It's nice to see something different like this in the cannabis category. Groovy, man! :)
Thank you homie, bless up.
Hemp dye, now that's cool. Does it come in purple if you can grow purple bud?!
I bet the @GirlsofGreen would love to wear purple shirts dyed with weed! If the shirt were made out of hemp, and then died with purple weed, wow just wow, that would be pretty sweet.
Yessss, that would be rad!
Oh wait, that's an 80s term..... I meant swell!
If you guys figure that out let me know, I cannot really afford to dye with actual flowers, so we use the fan leaf instead. However it may be worth it to do for one shirt if it actually works, but you would have to use quite a bit of nice purple flowers to run the experiment.
Oh yeah, flowers would be expensive. If we manage to grow purple leaves, we'll try to collab with you!
This reminds me of Mable Murple (her world is purple) haha :) It's a good story by a Canadian author but not weed related...I think anyway... I haven't read it since I was a kid hehe maybe I should check again.
