Bitcoin wants to go up...
According to the development from the past days, the bitcoin price looks like the bottom has already been found. The lowest “valley” was on 6400 USD. Is Bitcoin going to go to the ATH again? Or not?
An interesting thing about previous growth is the fact that from 6800 USD to 8000 USD, it took about an hour. One of the largest short-term candles had over 1200 USD. That is very suspicious. This thing is rather more like “a fat finger” than a real buy order. Or maybe it was a targeted attack on stop-losses of opened shorts. Maybe a manipulation
Then the Bitcoin went up to 8400 USD, but it does not show much strength for further growth. The Bitstamp exchange, however, has a dense order book on ASK, which would indicate that a lot of sellers are waiting near the 8400 USD price. The current growth near 8200 USD may be a consequence of the fact that most sellers are waiting for better prices. Of course, we do not know how many buyers are there.
I think that in the near future, a short drop will happen. Still, the trend line is very decisive. It is probable that even in this case the sellouts are waiting for a moment when the price touches the trend line.
After the possible fall, the optimistic growth should come. If the price stops again at over 6500 USD and passes through a red trend line, we can expect the price to go up to 11 000 USD. However, if the price goes through 6500 USD downwards, then it can stop at 5000 USD. That’s why I recommend buying only when it drops and only that amount so you can still buy more at 5000 USD.
Sentiment in the market, interests and stock markets
OKEX top traders vote for long (54:45). In volumes, however, the positions are 23% longs and 13% shorts.
Bitfinex 30k - BTC in long and 27k BTC in short.
Interest on dollar loans fell to 0.0097%. Bitcoins, on the other hand, can be obtained at 0.0186% and this number is slowly rising.
I recommend buying as the price goes down with the goal to buy everything at 5000 USD.
