Overstaying American up for deportation

An overstaying and undocumented American is facing deportation for being a consistent subject of complaints by residents and establishment owners in Emerita, Manila because of his "rowdy" behavior.
Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Jaime Morente identified the American as Victor Didenko.
He said that charges were filed after policemen arrested him along Mbini Street, Emerita for "shouting in public at the top of his voice, uttering insulting remarks on Filipinos and challenging everyone to a fistfight."
Didenko was said to have arrived in Manila in September 2016 and was reportedly overstaying since March after his period of extended stay as a tourist expired
