AMD DRIVER FOR MINING.. DAG FIX

AMD has released its driver made for miners to help with DAG file issues. Hopefully it will help prolong and speed up the hashing power we have all been dispairing over the months.

NOTE: Once installed, it cannot be used for gaming as it is optimized for Miners using AMDs series GPU
