Hello all, i am @bennji, a web developer, computer architecture analyst and entrepreneur. I am soexcited to be filing this application to become a steem ambassador.

I am an ardent believer of cryptocurrencies in general because i believe strongly in the philosophy behind it and would like to contribute in its growth in any way i can. I found out about steemit from a mutual friend @crystalll in November of 2017 and ever since, it has been an amazing experience so far.

HOW I PROMOTE STEEMIT

Since i joined steemit i have been promoting steemit in any way i can, joining several initiatives in the process such as Steemexchanger, Offline minnow school, Stach and SDG1MU. For me i think bringing in more people into this amazing community will help foster its steady growth and ensure future stability of this platform.

HOW I ADD VALUE TO THE BLOCKCHAIN

As one of the pioneers of Steemexchanger, i have helped bring the power of the blockchain down to the grass root level for Africans. I have helped start a revolution that has surpassed my existence, Steemexchanger helps thousands of people invest into the blockchain and also receive returns on their investment. The steem blockchain is a very peculiar one and i am keen on ensuring i do my best to make it a success.

Sprtshub.io is a decentralized sports sharing platform that is built on the Steem Blockchain like Steemit, Busy, Dmania, Dtube, Steemkr, Dlive, Dsound etc.
The above mentioned platforms are all built on the Steem Blockchain and that makes it possible for all your articles to be visible across board and mostly on Steemit.

We built sprtshub so as to provide an interface for sports and sports related articles for the STEEM blockchain considering that there wasn't any dedicated platform for that on the steem blockchain.

In our first week of launch sprtshub saw a record 4,659 requests on the website with more than 100 registered users and over 300 posts made already. Sprtshub is helping sports lovers come into the blockchain by incentivising original content.

WHY I PROMOTE STEEM

I really love the steemit idea, promoting and rewarding original content on the web.
As a web developer i can say for a fact that more than 60% of the content on the web is duplicated or copied from one source or the other, people have gotten lazier over the years,always looking for where to rip off, but with this, the web can start having more original content.

The next generation will come to meet real content generated by us not dupliacted content from the last generation. This is why i promote steemit.

WHY I WANT TO BECOME A STEEM AMBASSADOR

I believe in contributing to progress, when i see something that aligns with my philosophy, i love to contribute o it to ensure it works and succeeds.

I want to become an ambassador because i believe it will give me a wider platform for me to make more impact and contribute my quota to the success of steem and cryptocurrencies in general.

I am a developer by profession and i believe i have a lot to contribute in terms of coding and developing to the promo-steem initiative.
