Announcing! Panas’ Proyect.
Hello to the entire Provenezuelan’s community! We want to take up old ideas and this is why, we proudly present to you this relaunching initiative to help the Venezuelan community grow even more in Steemit, not only in users’ number of but in their influence.
The Steemit Venezuelan community grouth.
A 2017 Venezuelan community recount.
From 2017; the Spanish-speaking community has grown so much, different sub-communities have been appearing among those the Venezuelan community have had more growth for now, it can be consider the largest and most active without a doubt.
Even though the great effort made by the different healing groups and despite the visibility we have achieved to the #venezuela label, Venezuelan believes that the quality content published by the Creole authors are still undervalued. In January of 2017, Venezuelan content was invisible, as it was the entire Hispanic community.
June 2017 at the beginning (just on @provenezuela’s birth) the panorama was not encouraging either.
Of course we don’t deny that we already have Venezuelan authors receiving rewards for their content, however, it is important to note that there was no motivation to publish under the #venezuela label, because for many it just wasn’t profitable.
Thanks to @provenezuela work and many others supporters to give #venezuela label necessary visibility, English-speaking public included ; Today we can see the following panorama:
We have become one of the most active communities of Steemit, creating different projects and contests, encouraging likewise your time and money investment in this great platform.
What is the PANAS Project?
Achieve the Venezuelan community self-sustainability in Steem within a year, making the largest number of users would enter "Whales" and "Dolphins" category.
Multiply Venezuelan authors’ profits that contribute with high quality content.
To be able to help other communities or sub-communities to grow in a nearby future.
This idea basically comes from the comment that once made me @cryptohustlin on the first point discussed here. The main idea in Steemit is to make all communities self-sustainable.
What method will we use?
- The method of healing will be completely Manual: We will have a 2 or 3 people team who will be visiting articles all day and decide whether to vote for them or not.
- We will vote for articles that belong to Venezuelan authors.
- We will give priority to articles that, according to our curators, are of high quality, that is, they are original, they use a correct wording and spelling, they do not contain any type of plagiarism.
- We will also give priority to those users who actively participate to strengthen the Spanish-speaking community in Steem.
- We will organize a Discord server in which authors can publish their articles under specific categories. This will facilitate our curators task.
- We will use a voting power, for each article, that allows us to reach a balance between the highest possible rewards and the highest number of users achieved.
- When we find a new user who is not fulfilling some basic criteria in his articles, we will make the respective suggestion in the comments and, if the curator on duty decides, he can leave a vote with a 1% voting power.
- We will deliver daily or weekly micro-reports (to be determined) and monthly macro-reports.
How can you join our Project?
Delegating SP: Delegate Steem Power, means that a part of your influence to vote, donuts us temporarily. It has the advantage that it would allow us to control the voting power with which we vote. This is the simplest way, you simply have to follow our new voting trail (which we will explain below), give you a couple of tweaks to your liking and you will be automatically voting for each post that we vote.
Whichever method you choose, you will be immensely helping us and all the great community of Venezuelan authors, we will use the confidence you give us in the most responsible, effective and efficient way possible.
Add and not subtract.
Of course, our work will run along with different healing projects that exist on the platform, that is, alliances with communities such as @engranaje, @rutablockchain, @theunion, @mosqueteros, @srcianuro and among others, we will unite so the community continues to grow in the most positive way possible.
Our idea is to enhance the work they do, this time focusing on the Venezuelan and Hispanic community. This type of approach in sub-communities is normal that they are appearing in a network that grows in leaps and bounds, since it will be increasingly difficult for many projects to cover a large number of sub-communities in an effective way.
Ladies & Gentlemen our new trial:
After long testing, we decided to reopen our voting trail, using steemauto, in order to have more influence when it comes to voting quality content. However, we have been cautious, since we want to take care of your voting power, that is, we want you to be the first beneficiaries of this great re-launch, so, join us in this adventure called: Provenezuela Trail.
The first thing you have to do is enter the steemauto page and go directly to the register option as indicated in the image.
When you click, it will redirect you to steemconect, so you can place your publication password – take it easy, steemconect has a very high security level. As it appears in the image below:
You have already entered and now the following will appear:
When you see it, you’ll go to the left and click where it says curation trail, as shown below:
From that point we are going to redirect you where it says: “search for a trail” and you will place provenezuela.
From there you click follow and it’s done: now you are following our trail, now you will have to structure the vote percentage you want to use, click on save and that's the procedures end.
What are you waiting to join us? If you happen to present difficulties in the process, don’t hesitate to contact us through our Discord channel; we will gladly assist you.
Witnesses who support us.
We invite you to vote for them, people who have worked hard with us for you: @aggroed, @castellano, @chitty, @ausbitbank communities.
Acknowledgments
