Amazon prepares its fleet of electric vans!
They have already commissioned 100,000 of them, and they will roll in 2021 ... We have an example in UPS, whose press room indicates that they have a fleet with a total of 123,000 vehicles, of which "more than 10,000" make use of alternative fuels: It is estimated that about 1,000 of them are hybrid or 100% electric.
Ford announced an investment of 500 million dollars in this company in April 2019, but the most significant in this recent announcement is Amazon invested 700 million dollars in this startup in April. It is now evident that this investment had an objective, and in a couple of years we will see the fruits of that alliance.
