Gourd-250 or 300 grams
Mint leaves - 5-6
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - Pinch
salt to taste
Juice Method -
Firstly peel gourd and wash it. Then cut it into a small piece. Now add the gourd pieces in a blender and mix and run the mint leaves. When the juice is formed, add cumin powder, salt and black pepper powder. Run it well and serve ice by adding ice.

Yeah...you are right ...it's very beneficial for health ...even I don't likes it's taste but sometime I took it ... because in summer it's necessary to keep you healthy with that type drinks .
