A Program that automatically creates NON Plagiarised Content based on ANY TOPIC! WTH?!!

Yesterday was an enlightening day. Scrolling through the usual list of Social Media feeds a Particular advertisement stood out to me. "Articoolo" a website with the bold tagline. "Create Unique Content in a flash!" and I was like What? Really?
My head after a long day of work had so many uses too this I could think of, specially in content driven websites like steam it, this service could be a literal goldmine. I was like "Imagine if this would let me write down essays for uni with a single click!" that would be something. So to kindle my geekish excitement I clicked away and signed up. You new new technology always get me hype. I just love companies trying wacky new ideas , I like it even more when those ideas might have a substantial impact on my output lol.
So how exactly does this new exciting algorithm work. Well this is what the homepage of the website looks like.

It was missing a few things I expected to see, Like a FREE trial . Usually when I see new technology I like a free trial just to get a taste of the new service. But that wasn't the case here. This made me wonder , "Maybe the Devs are very confident in their algorithm . Because a look at their pricing chart unveiled some pretty steep prices (for a technology that claimed to do something very new).

Now I'm not a believer of the notion that anything more expensive is exponentially better. But I had to try it out.
I had to find out if Articoolo was my golden ticket to unlimited article creation. In this day an age where, machine learning is at an all new high. Where most customer service queries are directly address by AI , I had to know what this technology was capable of.
SO I clicked on the create article option. The website provided two options. Create Article and Rewrite article. (Oh rewrite article how you could have helped me 6 months back submitting essays cough plagiarised ones with ease lol, instead I had to go down the honest route) . I went with the create option and in the designated space I typed "write an article about tea pots".
Here was roadblock one. the AI did not understand "create an article about tea pots".

They wanted a more slimline input between two and five words. But I did not want to enter tea pots . I felt tea pots would simply not put the AI to the test. Pulling data from online resources about tea pots seems way too simple. I wanted to test the depth of the AI so instead I entered "evolution of tea pots".

This time the AI did understand the input but then gave me three topics in response to right about. I was like "hmmmmmm. This isn't really working is it?" the topics were , "evolution tea, bodum tea pots, evolution pots" now these titles clearly lacks any grammatical backing which kinda worries me for what was to come, but lets not give up I told myself and straddled on. I picked a 250 word count and selected optimise article for readability and clicked create!
This was followed by a loading screen , a rather pleasing one

And then this happened

Tea pots, bird sanctuaries, It was a colossal mess of random content. While I couldn't read more as I haven't purchased the article, I did read enough not to buy it. I am not going to call this idea far fetched. I. feel it is very possible as well. But I feel like Articoolo needs to put it so much more RnD before getting ready to push the product out to the masses as a pay and use service. Right now it is too flawed to be out there, and a flawed product that looks finished affects a company's credibility. Furthermore the AI cannot understand topics such as "rick and morty" or other pop culture names.

What articoolo needs to do , is announce a beta program , add people in get so much more user input information for the interface to understand and analyse human typing patters before they bring it out into the mainstream. As the amount of money and success they might find with the half baked article oven would be minuscular compared to the wonderful mine of knowledge and information they are capable of coming out with , all with the sacrifice of some well deserved time, research and effort!
